  6. Bubbles: I think they would be just as good with lamb mince, thyme and garlic usually works very well with it!

    Vegetarian is also an option, just make the tomato filling with mushrooms, celery or celery root, onions, squash or any other vegetable you like instead of the beef :)

  17. Oh, yum yum yum !!! My mom used to make stuffed peppers for us all the time growing up, they were one of my very favorite meals. Your recipe is a bit different than hers, I can't wait to try it!!!

  37. filled peppers are one of my favourites :-) I always make a vegetarian version with tofu, almonds, rice and some veggies. Love it.

  52. These look delicious. I'm a vegetarian, but I could easily make these with soy meat crumbles. And the only thing fattening is the cheese, so they're pretty healthy! I'm definitely going to attempt this soon--thanks for the inspiration!
