Squash Parmesan
~ Til 2 personer trenger du ~
2 squash
Fersk mozarella
Revet parmesan
Tomatsaus
Basilikum
Fullkornspasta
Fullkornspasta
Ha dem over i en ildfast form.
I found this amazing recipe for Zucchini Parmesan over at
A Cozy Kitchen and I can totally vouch for it! One of the best meals I've had in a long time and it's already a favorite 'go to meal' for me since it's really fast, healthy and sooo good.
I served mine with whole grain pasta and that worked out perfectly!

Delicious recipe, but it LOOKS gorgeous, too! Love! XX!
SvarSlettThis looks so delicious! Do you think i could substitute the zucchini with cucumber? I have cucumbers growing abundantly in my vegetable garden, and i need to use them up quickly! xx
SvarSlettmmm mmm! looks scrumptious! i just made a zucchini & eggplant casserole tonight, even though it was much too hot here in new york to have the oven on :)
SvarSlettstacey- i don't think that cucumber would work since it doesn't bake very well, but you could certainly substitute squash or eggplant!
oh that looks yummy and cheese...oh my cheese.
SvarSlettoh my! this looks delicious... i feel like a spot of cooking now :)
SvarSlettthank you so much for your sweet comment on my blog, dear xx
oh my goodness. that looks amazing!! i had grilled squash tonight, but yours put mine to shame!!
SvarSlettStacey: I don’t think cucumber would work very well since it doesn't hold the water when cooked. But a nice cucumber salad on the side would be perfect :)
SvarSlettThis is so going on my kitchen 'to do' list! Looks delicious.
